Technical guidelines for the MBG menu documentation competition organized by Future Farmers of Indonesia.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. The poster competition is open to elementary, junior high, and senior high school students (or equivalent).

  2. Registration for the competition is free of charge.

  3. Participants must comply with the rules and regulations set by the organizing committee.

  4. Winners will be announced on Instagram @futurefarmers.id.

THEMES

  1. The Benefits of Milk and Protein for Health

  2. Modern Farmers, the Key to the Future

  3. Independent Farmers, Optimal Nutrition

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  1. Participants must fill out the registration form at: bit.ly/DaftarPosterFFI.

  2. Participants must follow the official Instagram accounts @futurefarmers.id and @ifsr.official.

  3. Participants must share the competition poster on their Instagram story and tag @futurefarmers.id and @ifsr.official (The competition poster can be downloaded here: bit.ly/PosterFFI).

  4. Participants' Instagram accounts must not be set to private during the competition period.

  • The competition is individual (no team participation).

  • The poster must be original and created by the participant, never submitted in any previous competitions or published in any media.

  • The poster must be based on one (1) of the three (3) selected themes and designed as attractively as possible.

  • Each participant may submit only one poster design.

  • The poster must include the FFI logo (can be downloaded at bit.ly/LogoFFI).

  • The poster size must be at least A3, and should be submitted in JPG or JPEG format, with the following specifications:

    • Instagram Feed: 3240 px × 3240 px

    • Instagram Story: 1820 px × 2880 px

  • The poster content must adhere to the following criteria:
    a. Relevant to the theme
    b. Clearly conveys information and visual graphics
    c. Uses effective wording
    d. Easy to understand
    e. Must not contain elements of SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and societal groups), pornography, violence, or any degrading or offensive content

  • Participants must include at least one (1) phrase from the eight (8) available options below and incorporate it into the poster:

    1. Balanced Nutrition

    2. Healthy Generation

    3. Optimal Nutrition

    4. Nutritious Eating

    5. Maintained Nutrition

    6. Modern Farmers

    7. Proud to be a Farmer

    8. Safe Food

TIMELINE

  • Registration: April 2025

  • Submission: July 2025

  • Voting: August 2025

  • Announcement: October 2025

JUDGING CRITERIA

  • Winners will be categorized based on Elementary School and Junior High - Senior High School (or equivalent) levels.

  • There will be 3 Main Winners and 3 Runner-ups.

  • Winners will be determined based on the highest number of "likes."

  • Evaluation will also consider creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.

  • Cash prize up to IDR 8 million

COMPETITION RULES

  • The poster must include the participant's name in the bottom right corner.

  • The poster must include credible information sources, and all information presented must be verifiable.

  • The poster design can be created using any medium (digital or handmade) and may be made with the assistance of AI tools.

  • The completed poster must be photographed in a public space with at least two (2) people (printed if the poster is in digital format).

  • Participants must upload their poster and the photo of it in a public space on their personal Instagram, tag, and share it with the @futurefarmers.id account.

  • Elementary school participants may use the Instagram account of an older sibling, teacher, or family member.

  • When uploading to Instagram, participants must use the following hashtags:
    #LombaPosterFFI #FFI2025 #FutureFarmersofIndonesia

  • The registration form must be completely filled out.

  • Posters must be submitted through the submission form within the designated timeline.

  • Submission format:

    • Poster: Poster_Full Name of Participant

    • Photo: Photo_Full Name of Participant

  • Participants must comply with copyright laws and will face legal consequences if found guilty of plagiarism or copyright infringement.
